We do not guarantee shipment delivery times. Once you have placed an order, we do our very best to process and ship the order on the same or next working day. It is then up to the carriers as to when you receive your order. Our system allows us to give a brief email to show the process of your order. We use Royal Mail/Parcel Force and FedEx UK.
All carriage charges are based according to weight. Here is a guidance as to how long the delivery may take:

• Small items posted via letter (Jiffy Bag) - Royal Mail (First Class) - Should arrive next working day - please allow up to 15 days.
• Small items posted via parcel - Royal Mail (Standard Parcel Service)- Should arrive within 3 - 5 working days - please allow up to 15 days.

Royal Mail first class and Standard Parcel Service is an unsigned non guaranteed delivery service, please allow at least 15 days from the date of dispatch for delivery as we can not claim for lost or late parcels before this time. Please see our Conditions of Use for policies regarding lost or late orders. At busier times when Royal Mail are stretched beyond capacity, such as the few weeks before Christmas, your parcel may not be lost but late - sometimes up to two weeks late. If you order is required on an ´urgent´ basis we strongly recommend that you opt for the ´signed for´ delivery options.

• Large items posted via FedEx and Royal Mail Special Delivery - Should arrive next working day.

FedEx will only give two attempts to deliver your parcel and leave a calling card on each occurrence. The card will give information as to where you can collect the parcel yourself or rearrange a further delivery. A third delivery will require a further payment. If you have received a calling card, you will not need to contact us but use the information on the card. You only need to contact us if we have stated your goods will be shipped on a Next Working Day service and the goods or a calling card haven´t arrived after at least two working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders will require a signature. When placing orders, please use the alternative delivery address facility if no one is available from 8.00 to 5.30pm to sign for goods at the account holders address. This could be with a friendly neighbour, relative or a work place.

If your shopping basket has only one item stated as being FREE delivery, all shipping prices will be hidden. You will however still have the option of shipping to your opted destination.

If your shopping basket includes a mixed selection of FREE delivery and chargeable shipping items, the shipping prices will be calculated on the weight of the chargeable items.

Royal Mail - First Class/Parcel (1 to 15 Days) - UK only

• This service is for orders under £30 and up to 20kg (Including Packaging) or as an alternative to our express service.
• Royal Mail 1st class and parcel service is an unsigned non guaranteed delivery services, please allow at least 15 days from the date of dispatch for delivery as we can not claim for lost or late parcels before this time. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Insured up to £500 - UK only

• This service is for orders up to 10kg (Including Packaging) or as an alternative to FedEx.
• Prices quoted are that of Royal Mail and are not subsidized by us.
• To achieve a next day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00pm to allow us time to process and dispatch on same day.
• Orders will require a signature so please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

FEDEX UK (1-4 Working Days - Not Saturdays) - UK Only

• To achieve a next day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00pm to allow us time to process and dispatch on same day.

We currently have no facility set up to ship goods outside of the UK and are not likely to in the future.

Faulty goods may be returned at any time during the guarantee period, for exchange. If the faulty product is no longer available, a full refund will be given.

Depending on the item´s size or value, we will either send a carrier to collect or ask the customer to ship the item (we will of cause re-imburst the cost of return postage)

If we have shipped an incorrect item, it should be reported to us within 7 days of being received and returned within 28 days.
