when you have pressed the ´Submit Payment Information´ button, the goods you have ordered will be placed in your account folder on our shop server. while your card details are encrypted using PGP encryption and sent to us via an e-mail direct from our payment server. |

How the encryption works:
There are two files called keys, one called a public key (installed on the server) and one a private key (installed on our computer) these are password protected and both keys need to match for the system to work. Once the email has arrived, we use our password and private key to decrypt the message back to displaying your card details.
We match this with the goods listed in your account, then process the order ready for shipment. |

Problems That May Arise:
On rare occasions we may find your order has successfully arrived and listed on your account but we haven´t received the encrypted e-mail containing your card details. Although still unproven, this is usually caused by one of the following reasons:
Your firewall or other security settings are set so high that your computer will not let the information out. You may want to check your settings and re-order.
A problem occurred on submitting. This is usually caused by a corrupt web browser or bad internet connection.
Our secure server sent the encrypted e-mail to us but it failed to reach us.
If this should happen you will of cause be notified to re-place your order or phone us with your card details. |
