As we are an authorized dealer for most brands of powered machinery we are under obligation to make sure that a petrol powered machine is ready for customer use. It has always been our policy in the retail trade, when supplying petrol powered garden machinery, to PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) the machine and to make sure that the customer is happy and ready to use their new purchase.

We provide a free PDI and delivery service within a 25 miles radius from our premises. Unfortunately, some of our suppliers won´t issue a warranty if we don´t PDI the machine before it is shipped to the customer. It is therefore, with regret we can not ship any petrol powered garden machinery to customers outside the 25 mile radius.

If a customer chooses to buy a machine from our web site, living out of the delivery area, they will be informed that we are unable to supply and possibly given an alternative dealer closer to home.

Although at present we have no facility to exclude non-local customers from purchasing machines from us, no funds will be taken if the customer falls into this category. However there is no problem in a customer emailing us to reserve a machine via this web site and collect the machine themselves. This restriction of supply excludes all electric powered machinery, as these are shipped and charged accordingly to any UK destination.
